BLISTER CARD
Ecobliss offers hot and cold bonding card options for your blister cards. If you want to decide which card will be advantageous for your company, we are ready to help you. If you wish, you can review the information and images on the site or you can contact us directly.
Cold Seal Card
Thanks to the special glue we use in cold bonding, you can perform the bonding process by applying pressure without needing any heat. Thus, you save time and energy. The machine used in the bonding process is a simple and reliable machine that can be easily used. Since it is manual, you do not need to use electricity. (Click here to see the blister machine.) The most important advantage of this bonding system is that the packaging personnel are not exposed to any dangerous or disturbing radiation, heat, odor or noise. Ecobliss is an environmentally friendly company and the glue we use is 100% biodegradable in nature. Our glue has a 2-year warranty for cards that have not yet been bonded under appropriate storage conditions and a +2-year warranty after bonding.
In the cold bonding system, the glue applied to the front and back of the card sticks the two sides together when the card is folded, ensuring that the blister remains between the two cards. Since the glue sticks only when it comes into contact with itself, it does not stick to the blister card. Thus, when the package is opened, the blister and the card are easily separated from each other, allowing both the blister and the cardboard to be recycled.
In the cold bonding system, the blister card remains thick and solid, does not bend or twist. Additionally, since the front and back of the card are printed at the same time, printing on the back does not require any extra cost.

Heat Seal Card
Our proven, environmentally friendly, water-based HS9000 series thermolac is applied to the card. Once the product is added, the blister is directly bonded to one side of the card using heat and pressure. Blisters are usually made of PET or PVC, although they vary depending on the market.

A wide range of thermolac sealing machines are available to support the packaging process, from very simple to fully automated models. (Click here to view thermolac sealing machines.)

In many cases, customers are left to their own devices when problems occur with blister cards. For example, if the cards and blisters do not stick properly and separate after a while on the shelf, no one takes responsibility and the blame is always placed on others. Blister manufacturers continue to blame the printer, the printer blames the sealing agent, who blames someone else, who blames someone else. Some blister machine manufacturers even issue disclaimers, saying that they will not guarantee the functionality of the machines if the blisters and cards are not of good quality.
You will never have such a negative experience at Ecobliss! We gather all the stages of a blister card that is ready for sale, from printing to product filling, under one roof. We know blisters, blister machines and how to make perfect blister cards very well. Each batch of blister cards produced only passes to the next stage after being subjected to rigorous testing. Ecobliss guarantees its blister cards and supports its customers to easily produce them.
